- Yanagiba - hand forged carbon steel, 245 mm. blade length, "Autumn Grass" artistic etching blade, octagonal handle (Stabilized Maple Burl, Bog Oak, Rosewood).
- Deba - hand forged carbon steel, 135 mm. blade length, "Autumn Grass" artistic etching blade, octagonal handle (Ebony Wood, Maple Burl, Ironwood).
