Handgeschmiedetes Messer „Banno Bunka-Bocho“.
Als Einzelexemplar im Stil des Autors hergestellt. Meister: George Waugh (Frankreich, 2020).
Die Klinge ist aus 150Cr14 Kohlenstoffstahl (DIN Deutschland) handgeschmiedet und bleibt lange scharf. Die handgeschmiedeten Spuren auf der Klinge verleihen dem Messer ein brutales Aussehen. Die Klinge ist beidseitig (Ryoba) geschärft.
Der Griff besteht aus stabilisierter Mooreiche.
Die Form des Griffs: klassisches europäisches Oktaeder.

Banno Bunka- Bocho knife

I have sharpened and polished the knife and it is now perfect . My brother who is a chef asked to borrow it and after 2 weeks of using it , he considers it a " Goldilocks " knife - not too big , not too small , not too heavy , not too light , the blade depth not too shallow, not too deep. In short a perfectly balanced and designed vegetable and fruit knife . He asked me to sell him the knife , but instead I will be giving him the knife as a Christmas present , considering how difficult it has been for the restaurant business thi year . Blade sharpness

The blade was not very sharp and not polished like other blades purchased from yourselves . I am at present sharpening and polishing the blade myself !

- But sharpening the blade is an individual moment. Each owner sharpens the knife 'for himself'. It is possible that the angle of sharpening on this knife - was not convenient for you.
- The blade was not polished, its finish 'matte satin 1000 Grit'.
