Deba Kitchen Knife. Hand forged. Made in Japan around 1970-80. This knife was used, it's no new!

The blade is Carbon Steel hand-forged.
This is Carbon steel has a hard core and soft covers on the sides, which gives the knife the ability to keep its sharpness perfectly while having a high resistance to breakage.
Made in Japan +- 1980-1990.
The blade is beveled on one side!!!
Note that the knife has been cleaned, has pitting scars, spotting, scratches, grind/use marks. It is quite sharp.
After working keep it dry after use! Or it will rust.
- Sharpening is complete, the blade is very sharp.
