Hand forged japanese style kitchen knife SANTOKU
Author's work knife maker George Waugh, Single Copy 1\1 (France, 2023).
The blade is hand-forged Damascus Steel, Copper, Carbon Steel 52100 and keeps sharp for a long time.
The blade is beveled on two sides.
The handle is made of a Camphor Burl and Buffalo Horl.
The shape of the handle: classic Japanese octahedron.
